"Seriously amazing service! Years ago I got my first brand new bike here after getting to test ride it in the alley, got help ordering an identical replacement (now hard to find) after it was stolen a year later, and have had great experiences with staff ever since. Yesterday I came in to ask for help with my bike pump and the person working in the shop was awesome. He gave me used valve caps, got the rust water out of my bike pump, showed me how to properly inflate my tires, and put oil on my very rusty chain. I was able to ride my bike to work and back that very day. Everyone who works at the service desk is so nice."

I inquired about a cruiser bike that I saw on their website, which the staff were able to build for me in a week's time. Was really impressed with the staff here generally as well. They're very patient and knowledgeable. All in all, really had a lovely shopping experience. Would highly recommend!"
