"Went for a basic oil change. I’ll assume that includes changing the oil, topping off fluids and making general recommendations for other services. I paid $75 for my oil change I drive a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee- it does take 6 quarts of oil. I was told my coolant was black and needed flushed. I declined the coolant flushing. When I went home I popped the hood and checked the coolant. The coolant was very ORANGE and clean! but it was not topped off as well as my wiper fluid. So the only service was oil which for $75 I could have just did it myself and topped off fluids. Don’t try to scam women, or anyone really, had the employee been honest and had serviced the vehicle appropriately I would have been a regular customer to save me from doing it at home. I’ll gladly add a photo of coolant and the date of service for proof."
