"Reside is a very well maintained property. Very clean, very quiet, and the maintenance team is attentive to any issues that arise around the community. It’s pet friendly, very quiet, and conveniently located to schools, walking/bike trails, shopping, restaraunts and medical services nearby. Rent seems appropriate for what they offer. The underground parking is much appreciated in the winter. Reside offers the things that are important to me. Very comfortable here."
"I've been living in these apartments for over a year now and I'm very happy. Excellent new building, clean, despite neighbors who like to throw garbage in the wrong places... but this is inevitable - sloppy people are common. Maintenance is always fast, usually all issues are resolved within 1-2 days. Having seen the new lease for next year, I can say that the price has not changed much, which is great. I hope that when I leave MN, there will be no problems with returning the deposit..)"
"My first year renting here went fairly smoothly, however since then things have gone downhill. Management is responsive, but employee turnover is very high. Throughout my second year living here residents have become increasingly noisy and disrespectful. Examples of this behavior include trash scattered throughout the grounds, residents piling trash around garbage receptacles rather than inside them (management seemed annoyed with me when I complained about this one), children running/shouting in the hallways, doors slamming, and the footsteps from the apartment above mine becoming noticeably louder and nearly constant despite it being the same tenant as last year (assuming based on the patio decor). The rent continues to increase while living conditions decline. Updating to remove another star a because my security deposit was not returned within 30 days of lease termination. After contacting them to find the status they informed me they were waiting on my forwarding address, but never actually contacted me to get this information. There is clear lack of care and motivation from the lower paid administrative employees."
"Reside apartments have exceeded my expectations. The office managers are phenomenal and always reply in a timely matter. I’ve lived in multiple other renting agencies and nothing is compared to the service you will receive at reside apartments. Also, the maintenance guy is a step ahead on everything. If anything ever is broken he fixes it within 24hrs. It’s pretty expensive to live here but you definitely get what you pay for. Thank you reside apartments for everything you do!"
"Fun fact: the management company enters your name into a drawing for a gift card every once in a while if you leave a good review, so take all the other great reviews about management with a grain of salt! The apartment had a good layout, modern/updated appliances, and the community was always very quiet and respectful. I only had one minor maintenance issue when I moved in that was resolved day-of. The location is amazing- the community park, Target, grocery stores, public library, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If I never had to deal with management I would give it 5 stars, but management is horrible. The maintenance crew and leasing agents are very polite, but never last long. Our leasing agent accidentally walked into an occupied apartment at our showing. I had scheduled a move-out appointment and when I arrived, there was no one there. No cancellation email or phone call, so I stashed my keys in a safe place and alerted management where they were. After two emails and a phone call three days later I learned that the property manager was supposed to meet me, but she never showed up and never alerted the leasing agent or me. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to confirm that they received my keys. They also insisted that I pay for the cleaning of my carpet which had no damages and almost no wear and tear, which is actually illegal per Minnesota state law (other residents, don't fall for this!). Very unprofessional and rude."
