"Do NOT ship FexEx - I was assured delivery would occur within two days, and five days later I just spoke w/a FedEx representative, and they don't even know which HUB the package is at! Choose another carrier."

"HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE. After purchasing my shirts, I left them for a three word print. Paid in full, it took 2weeks and a phone call to get a "Proof" email on the way. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I asked for a script print. ANYTHING LEGIBLE AND CURSIVE. What I got back as a "Proof" was not even close. I simplified the request and still never got finished. I am now going in to pick up my unfinished shirts after John, Senior Sales Rep blamed me and "a ton of school events" taking up time. Simply unprofessional. The request was simple and after all of the waiting and patience allowed I will never do business there again."
