"Store is nice. Staff is friendly. The major downside is that if you have a box rental and a package arrives, if you don’t pick it up within a few days, they start assessing package storage fees. And they’re exorbitant even if the package is small. I travel a lot for work, and I once had two small packages that were there for 9 days, and I had to pay an additional $10 in fees before they’d release my packages."
