"Very difficult to get ahold of, does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. I have been waiting for an order to be submitted to the court for over three months in a family case. He is unprofessional in the tone and way he handles his cases and clients. He stated he did not have a problem with my son being hit in anger by his abusive father, and the marks left on my son (father has record of domestic violence from several previous relationships, probabtion, etc). He let me know that the family court judge previously assigned to my case "only ordered in favor of parties wearing a skirt." Rather than Michael making things right and helping to submit the final order, he has been completely unreachable for three months.
