"I left J.B. Intermodal almost 6moths ago and only have worked for 1 other company before them. I hated my 1st company, but I truly enjoyed J.B. I am not saying everything was perfect lol. I left because I made a few mistakes, but honestly I was distracted because my pops is terminal stage 4 cancer. Leadership was great especially Geoff. He is new to leadership but in my opinion you would have never known. I recommend this location and would go back in a heart beat! Thanks guys"

"We had our washer dryer set to be delivered today . Got a phone call 5 hours before that they’re ONLY driver who handles this route phoned in sick . This is the SECOND time that this company ( who was outsourced) by Home Depot and now by our home warranty company has not delivered on time ! Our first experience- we got a last minute phone call that they’re truck broke down and now they’re driver phoned in sick. I understand things happen, but this is my second experience and it’s not a good one"
"Had to deal with JB Hunt Final Mile on I ordered my Whirlpool appliances. My delivery guys were John and Art can't say enough good things about him. Exceptional customer service and personable. Never felt like my questions were dumb questions when I asked."
"They were to deliver a bed to me on the 12th. Never heard from them. Then it was changed to the 16th and they didn’t show up until after 9 pm. They were to put the bed together and as it got close to 10, the guy told me he was missing parts and couldn’t finish. Told me to call the supervisor, Jim. Did that the next day, went straight to vm, and 3 days later have heard nothing back. Unfortunately this hurts the company I bought the bed from because as long as they have this company delivering for them, I will buy nothing from them. And I have told everybody I know about this experience!"
