"Worst place to get firewood, long pieces or really small, lots of soft maple. 60 a load if you have a small bed or large bed. Split into big pieces so you still have to split after getting home. Yard worker very rude, shawn constantly asking if I paid for the load. Seems like he would call the front office to verify instead of beeing rude. Been using this place for firewood for years, never again. I can have it seasonef and delivered seasoned for a comparable price. Front staff is professional. I try to help local businesses but when their help have power trips screw them. Live is too short to have to deal with bad employees."

"Applied for job. Got interviewed by manager. Had drug screen set up. Went to drug screening. The hospital called quality hard woods to verify that they wanted me to take the test even though I am a MMMP. The company told the drug screening facility to go ahead with the hair follicle test. The testing company called to verify that I had prescription for all in my system and was noted in the information sent to quality hardwoods. And the fact that Quality has no federal credentials there for federal status of (class 1 narcotics) does not apply to this company. That being said Michigan State law has made marijuana recreationally legal as well as medical. Quality hardwoods called me today and told me that I am not hireable due to the prescription in my system. When asked if I could pass a drug screen I answered yes I can pass a legal drug screen based on company based state laws. Was never asked about prescriptions. Therefore answered honestly. Me medical background is the reason I am not hireable. The manager claims another employee received the call from the hospital to determine if they still wanted me to take the test. Due to this the company wasted my time and their funds. Thank you for reading this post The law was changed why is my medical background holding me back from getting this job?"
