"WORST delivery service ever.. my fridge was supposed to be delivered Tuesday.. never showed up called them.. they said "oh we didn't have 2 people to deliver it.. NEVER notified us.. was supposed to be delivered today. Never showed up.."

"Needed to send a transmission to Dallas. Forward Air was by far the better choice. Friendly dock people snd great counter help. I’d recommend."

"Worst delivery company ever. If I could give no stars I would. Was set up with an appointment for today between 10-6pm. They said the driver would call me a half hour before they arrived. Hadn’t received a call yet by 3:30pm. I went to get my son from school and low and behold my package (keep in mind it was an over 100lb desk was sitting in a snow bank by my mailbox).I had to haul the thing out on a busy road and get it in my vehicle myself. I called the company and the manager had a million excuses for the driver, i.e. he didn’t have service to call, couldn’t come down my driveway, following procedures, yada yada yada. There is no excuse for service like that. A simple call would have solved this all. I would have happily driven to the end of my driveway to get it. Very frustrating and disappointing. I am just glad I found it and it didn’t get stolen."
