Mary provided good customer service and Bob in shipping went above and beyond to make sure my package delivery went smoothly. The two guys(truck drivers) that came that evening, made sure it was delivered where I needed. They went above and beyond too. I appreciate the response,care and effort from everyone at Estes delivery on 44th to make sure my delivery was a success."

"I will never use Estes again. here's why. Our latest shipment of raw material sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks. When we tried to reach them it took them 4 days to get back to us. They said they had been hacked and could not get them shipment to us for another 2 days but our factory was down due to lack of material so we went to their warehouse in Wyoming to pick it up ourselves. What did they do for us? NOTHING!!!!! Did not even try to make it better. If we had not called them, they would never have gotten our shipment to us. Very unreliable."

"Our order from Lowes is being shipped by Estes to our home. They text me for confirmation and assure that we will be home. Delivery scheduled 9am-2pm confirmation done. No show, check tracking it shows confirmation 3pm -7pm yesterday and again no show. No response from them. Communication would be awesome if it was accurate"
