"We’ve been working with Vine Line Logistics for more than a year and we always get competing rates comparing to the market. They always work around any issues and give us prompt responses to our questions. We have excellent communication with them, which is key in our relationship. They always compensate drivers for detention. We used to get direct payment from them which was even faster than via Triumph now. We get 1-3 loads per week from them and we never missed a payment, and payments are always on time or early. They are a great team of professionals. We mostly work with Zach Wright, who is an amazing person and an experienced professional. Steve Lyons (the president) is as well a good expert in brokering, and his simplicity and honesty is felt when working with him.
