"Great experience! I called Hockey Services and talked to Luke. I explained to him that I’m turning 40 years old this year and would like to get back into ice hockey for the first time in 20 years. He told me to come in and assured me he would take care of me. When I showed up I was greeted at the door. Luke listened to everything I had to say, and answered ALL of my questions. I told him what was important to me, and what my budget was. He helped me try on every piece of equipment that I needed, and I needed EVERYTHING. We had to order a few things because I’m a XL guy (6’4” 260) but it all showed up 2-3 days later. Hockey services, and Luke gave me the confidence that I needed to get back on the ice. I played drop in hockey 3 times this week for the first time in 20 years and I’m so impressed with the way everything fit and performed. Thank you!"

"I wanted NJ Devils matching shirts to surprise my son (5) for his B-day. (youth-medium and Adult-Large) My request / instructions were clear since day one: 1) Two of the highest quality shirts (Pro weight) 2) Both should have NJ Devils logo with matching colors and with our names stitched on the back. (number is a print, our names stitched on the back) - the USUAL. 3) I have a deadline to get the shirts. It took them 4 days(!) having me call again and again since no one was returning my calls. I had to speak and repeat my order to three different people(!!) while with every person I spoke with - the waiting time became longer and longer up to the point I was not sure if I will get the shirts on time. Eventually, after four days of endless waiting on them to finalize my order, they told me that they can't do it because they can't do the NJ Devils logo. (NOW you say so?!?!?!) Is there more to it? did I had too many requests? perhaps. it was my first time, I had no idea what is needed. Was I willing to compromise on quality to get it done? (yes! and I did, just to find out they won't do it anyway) Did it change anything? No. Such a disappointment! Terrible customer experience & "Thank you" for wasting my time."

"Brought a broken pair of mission roller blades to them and asked if they could mount the chassis and wheels on a pair of my old hockey skates, they said give us a week and we'll see what we can do...they called me the next day and said it was easier than they thought. Couldn't be happier with how they turned out, hockey skates with wheels on them! The shop has a good selection of hockey gear. Super nice staff. Awesome hockey shop"
