"Great team of experienced professionals here. I had visited for an out-of-state purchase and had underestimated the complexity involved with such a transaction. Darren Fish, Mike Schuiling, and the Gull Lake team did a great job arranging the sea trial, repair, and transaction for our arrival on a very hard deadline (after driving 1800 miles) to turn around and get her back home in time to beat the very bad thunderstorms headed towards the midwest. A transaction like this can be very stressful due to towing issues (trailer maintenance, etc.) but Gull Lake did a great job prepping the trailer for the drive home, installing an electric-over-hydraulic brake system to start the long drive correctly. On top of this, they even found a clerical error and refunded me money! You don't see that very often anymore, and it says a lot about the company! Give Darren a call when you're ready for your next boat!"

"The best marina in South Haven! Very friendly, honest, great people all around. We used pretty much all of what they have to offer. Bought a boat through their brokerage, used the service department for advice and launching, and stayed a couple weeks to ready everything to cross to Wisconsin. Great amenities with a well kept marina. Can't say enough about the people here. We will 100% be back to visit."

"Terrible people! Terrible business. Do not patronage this marina. We had two terrible experiences with this marina after spending thousands of dollars. They sold us the wrong power cord (wattage) and would not exchange it. Never stated upfront the were "non-returnable" even for their mistake. We asked them three times to do the right thing and they would not. Additionally they forgot to charge us for some other gear, charged us without notice and accused of stealing. These are terrible, dishonest people with no accountability or ownership for their business. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE."
