"Sent son in with 15 dollars to buy 2 packs dog treats. Got one priced at 6.00 but charged him 12.00. I went in and employees were rude and wanted to argue. Refused to refund me the money. Refused to give me my receipt. Said receipt read 6.00 plus tax so there should have been some coin back but he didn't get any. I reached the district manager 8 days ago. He said he would check into it and call me back and I never heard back. I will no longer patronize a family dollar since they feel it is okay for their employees to take advantage of mentally challenged people."
"Love the canned taco meat and individual servings of Velveeta cheese sauce. We buy them our every time we come. Plus they take EBT/Food Stamps which is extremely helpful."
