"The staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I needed the controller replaced on my e-bike. I didn’t purchase the bike from them but needed it replaced under manufacturer’s warranty. They were happy to help. They even called the manufacturer to ensure the replacement was authorized because they didn’t want me to get stuck with the bill. I brought it in without an appointment and received a call within a couple of hours stating it was ready to pick up! I will definitely be back for any service I may need in the future. They also have a huge inventory of accessories at very fair prices."

"I arrived at Spin Zone on a Saturday morning 30 minutes before opening. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot when one of the employees came to the door and opened motioning to come in. Once I explained my need (fixing a Lectric tire, pedal and tune up) he advised me the was not a problem and asked if I had brought the bike. I did and he came out to my vehicle and carried it in for me. He was very friendly and helpful. Within 3 hours I received a text and phone call advising the bike was finished and could be picked up anytime. I was waiting for Lectric to send a warranty number which took a few days. I called Spin Zone to let them know what was going on as my bike had been ready now for 4 days. When I called they were very friendly and reminded me that they did not charge storage and that the bike would be there when I returned. I really appreciated their professional and friendly service and the repair cost was very fair. Thank You Spin Zone and employees."
