"Horrible place to work. Currently they're hiring for NAPA autoparts delivery, do yourself a favor and don't apply. Managers treat drivers badly. Pallets of product are loaded loose into the box trucks, not wrapped, if product spills "oh well, you're paid by the hour." 2,000lb pallet of DEF giving you problems because you were given a manual pallet jack and not an electric one, "oh well, you're paid by the hour." I think you get the drift. Oh,and they'll make false reports on your DAC about quitting without giving notice. Yeah, we're all at will employees , remember, we're not required to give notice. You want a notice, write it into the contract or hire union workers."
"They do not care at all about drivers. Dispatch is condescending and have absolutely no idea about the actual driving of a truck. Only time they will answer your calls is if they want something from you."
"I liked the job but management doesn't seem to care about you at all I know this personally. Jack and Mike need to get it together or that company is going to go under. Take care of your drivers and maybe they would stay. I think your more worried about the money in your own pocket than anything. You would have a great company if you would just do that.but it will never change."
