"My dad purchased a playbuoy pontoon from the original owner (Jasper Rhynard) in 1986 - that boat is still running, but it was time for an upgrade. The new owner Mike was a pleasure to work with when we ordered the boat back in February, and with the state of various industries running behind with parts and materials was very honest about our timeline for getting the boat. Communicated well through the whole process, and we have seen and touched our new Avalon pontoon and are awaiting delivery. "Family has been using them for years and the quality of service has really went downhill. Sorry to say but I will never be using them again, so deceitful over the phone and then send you a bill for something completely different than what was discussed. Would not recommend at all."
