The spicy east coast is supposed to have banana peppers and jalapeños. I ended up picking the penos off manually and they didn't give me my chips on my order. Sandwiches didn't get cut either."
"We love Jimmy Johns! We came into this location today and there was garbage all over the floor, a huge line and a long wait. When we got our sandwiches 3 out of 5 were completely wrong. (They were easy orders too like a turkey slim - that’s just turkey and they put lettuce and Mayo on it and a turkey tom they put ham on….)"
"Rude people on the phone when placing order…. Seemed as though I was bothering him. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Never had such a flat sandwich from jimmy johns but I guess there is a first for everything. Do not plan on coming back any time soon. I will go to subway or penn station before I go back here.
