"We were very happy with the results of the kitchen and bathroom redesign completed by New Designs. Rick, (their designer), did an excellent job of capturing our requirements and he and his team created diagrams and renderings that allowed us to see what would be completed prior to work beginning. Once work began, John, (their project manager), provided us with a work schedule that defined when each phase of the project would begin and end. John did an excellent job of keeping us apprised of who would be arriving to perform work tasks and their planned arrival times. The workmen were very accommodating about working around our schedule. All the workmen were professional and careful to protect our flooring and furniture as they completed their work. The work areas were cleaned at the end of each workday and any scrap was hauled away at that time. All work was completed within the planned schedule and within the budget we defined. A number of the workmen made helpful suggestions about how some our original planed changes could be improved and there was no “of course that will be an extra cost” discussions. We did solicit other quotes for the work to be completed and New Designs was the most cost-effective quote we received. We would recommend New Designs unconditionally for your kitchen or bathroom upgrade project."

"New Design did a major master bath and closet project for us this summer. I’m talking about removing two walls, moving another wall and starting over from scratch type of major. I can’t say enough about how in love I am with the results and how great every single person on their team has been to work with. We decided to hire them simply based on the impression we got from Rick after he measured and showed us his design and materials. He was always confident, enthusiastic and had great ideas. Our project manager, John, was always communicating about who and when his tradesmen would be over and personally came out to check progress a couple times per week. The tradesmen all knew each other, have been working in their field for a long time and were overall just awesome guys who were also a pleasure to work with. They would always tell us the easy way they could do something and the way they would do it if it was their own home. As someone who isn’t great with design or thinking about minor details of layout, I can really appreciate that. They also noticed and corrected anything they didn’t like before I even got around to pointing it out. I really respected that. While I’m glad it’s over, I sincerely never minded having to “deal” with anyone who was here working. They are professional, efficient and great at what they do!"
