"Workers are lazy! Workers have their own set of rules set aside from other speedways! Went 5 minutes up the street to another subway and had exceptional service!! 3rd shift worker/workers are terrible!!!!"

"The convenience here is no longer convenient. Gas pumps won't read cards. You must go inside to prepay for gas. Management said the fault is my card. It's a new card, to a 25 year account. I visited 3 other Speed Way gas stations, Same thing. I believe their trick is to bring you inside to buy more. I also watched others drive away for the same reason, as I heard them cussing out the pump. Speed Way is not the only gas station that offeres rewards to loyal customers. Their pumps accepted my card. They even printed a receipt right at the pump. No tricks, no gimmicks!!!! I swiped, I filled, and I left. That is convenience! If you stop at any Speed Way gas stations, don't fall for their money trap! Me..... I'm going elsewhere !!!!"

"A Hobo sits there all day and says have a blessed day to everybody. Makes me very uncomfortable. I called to ask them to kick him out . But the employee didn't care . I don't like because it's going to turn gettho just like division ."

"walked in to get gas, and the line was ridiculous long. waited in line to get gas with my gift card. told the worker i wanted 25 on whatever pump. i walked out, and went to pump my gas and the lady told me that it didn’t go through after me asking the employee if it went through. so i went back in & waited in line again, to talk to the lady about it. and she said that i had to swipe the gift card again, and i had already threw it away. the worker told me to go threw the trash and get it out to use it again. i asked for the manager, and she said the exact same thing just way RUDER to me. so i as a customer got upset because the employee is telling me to go dig through the trash because of THEIR mistake. then, when i ended up getting the card up and getting up there (after waiting in along line again) they decided to say they were sorry. i was very frustrated and disappointed with the way the workers talked to me and frustrated with the fact that they told me to go dig thru the trash because of their mistake. have not went back again, and keep making a trip to a different gas station because of that situation."

"The female worker with the teal blue hair is an absolute sweetheart, saw a customer catch an attitude with her but she kept her cool even though it was busy and resolved the situation, but despite that she’s so nice and has a beautiful smile."
