"Great service every time. Staff is excellent. Recently I dropped off my vehicle with no appointment and they squeezed it in and had it ready in no time."

"Called 2 weeks in advance to schedule an appointment to get new tires, brakes and an oil change on a company vehicle. Came in at the time of the appointment to be told they were busy and wouldn't be able to do it then (saturday) and it might roll over to Monday. Despite the appointment I had made. Anyways as that was my only option at the time I obliged and moved some things on my Monday schedule to be able to pick up the vehicle. A couple hours later they called and said they were finished . Here's lie#1 they then told me that they didn't need to change my tires like I had specifically requested them to because they measured the tread and deemed them to be ok so they rotated them instead. I only wish I could attach pictures of the tires here becuase they were COMPLETELY smooth on the rears. This truck had gone over the normal duration for changing tires and was in dire need. Obviously they didn't even look at it. So I told them again that I need new tires like I had stated before and none of that rotating business. This would be the 3rd time I specifically requested new tires put on. 1 at the time of setting the appointment, 2 at the time of dropping off the truck and 3 during our lovely phone conversation saturday afternoon. Monday morning I call and ask if it's ready they tell me yes. I have to get a ride 23 miles to the shop to pick up. When i get there the truck is in the same parking spot I left it in when I dropped it off. Same tires are on it. James inside tells its all set. I asked what they did and he tells me me they changed the oil, checked the brakes and they were good so didn't need to be changed (they have 50k miles) and they just rotated the tires. At this point I doubt very much they even looked at the truck becuase the completely smooth tires are still on the rears and the truck is still sitting in the exact same parking spot I left it in saturday when I dropped it off for the appointment I had made 2 weeks prior. At this point I am livid and told James for the 4th time that he needed to change those tires. He then tells me that they don't have the basic Goodyear all season tires that every single shop on the planet has on hand and they will have to order some. I'm writing this Tuesday morning as I have not been able to work without my work truck for the past 2 days, my company is furious, and so am i.. I don't appreciate being lied to directly to my face. This business needs to be shut down."

"Again just like always great customer service good information on what I needed product available they were very busy with full appointments. But as always worked me in . I was very thankful for that. They great communication with a call and a text message As always and again.. im still after all these years a very valuable customer to them and they are valuable to me and me family again and as always.. I recommend them to you have nothing to lose if you contact them for information and everything to gain if you do. Thanks again . Belle Tire you are appreciated ."

"I got a nail on my Audi Q7 and stopped by to get serviced since I brought the tires at Belle Tire in Ann arbor. Well, they told me will take few hours because the place was so busy, I said that is ok I have time to wait.... Well, then I see my car is driving into the shop and the nail on my tire was taken care of (25 minutes)and then I drove home.This is a WOW service."

"Would not recommend, this Belle tire. I brought my Mustang in to replace a tire. They said they would call me when it is done they never called me. 6 hours after I go to pick up my car notice damage to my rim. ( I just replaced the rim three months ago) I brought it up to the management and he said there is nothing that they would have used to do that. Said that it was my wheel weights. When clearly, the damage is on the outer side, and in between where the wheel weights would sit. DO NOT GO TO THIS BELLE TIRE"
