"This is such a Dimond. Its so beautiful on the beach. When you walk up the hill they have disk golf and baseball fields. They have plenty of areas to walk your dog or have a picnic."
"Been coming to this park for 15+ years, I'm 32 years old, originally started coming here in middle school to use the outdoor tennis court and outdoor roller hockey rink, both free to use being that this is a public park, although the tennis court is very close to a school but I don't believe they own it, it's open to the public to use I've been there hundreds of times at all hours of the day, in more recent times a disc golf course has been added to the park and it also has lake access to the south side of Mona lake which has a beach and playground and as of 7/25/2023 some sort of construction happening on the beach possibly for a club house of some sorts, location also has a softball field, school playground and the beach also has a playground and beach parking, popular fishing and boating location that leads into lake Michigan via boat. 20+ picnic tables and built in public charcoal grills unsure whether reservations are allowed but public use definitely is. Was just there a week ago to swim and play tennis but didn't take any photos"
"I love the disc golf course here! Front nine are beautifully wooded, the back nine have some open space around them. You get a good mix of both here. There’s also some views of Mona Lake! It’s intertwined with a public park so some holes may be unplayable at times, understandably. You can always go back and play the holes you missed when folks clear. Great beginners course for the area!"
"Had a lot of fun!! My son played in the water and we brought toys. Him and his friend played on the playground. Theres no restrooms and no tables, but just bring your own and have a good time. My son had so much fun, and we were both exhausted! It was awesome. Bring some shade, tho."
"The front 10 holes are located in the woods but they have beautiful lines already cut out. It just seems a little tighter than it actually is. The last eight nine holes are great for working on your distance and which ones to keep in the bag and which ones to put away. I had an amazing time here even by myself golfing was extremely fun"
