"A last minute winterization of a boat in my care was scheduled to be taken many miles away when, I was reminded that Hall’s was within one mile of our storage facility. It made sense, I went there and within hours, the task was completed. The next morning I picked the boat up and returned it to storage. (We’re way past the peak time for this type of work to be done, so, I can assure you that the first couple weeks in September probably won’t be quite this quick). The work to be done was explained in detail beforehand. The price quoted was the price paid; no surprises when I went to pick up the boat. This will be our “go-to” place in the future. It’s easy to keep using the places you’ve been using for years, but nice when your mind is at ease because you made the right decision. Thanks, Hall’s."

"Had a great experience with everyone at Hall's Sports Muskegon. We brought our boat in for some fiberglass and gelcoat work and it came back perfect - absolutely showroom-floor perfect. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We walked around the showroom and even the guys in sales were great to interact with. I went in to this experience with my guard up and came out completely relaxed. I will not bring my boat to anyone else for whatever it may need."

"We purchased a brand new boat from Hall's in the spring of 2015. We have had nothing but issues in dealing with the sales and service staff ever since. Our sales rep was not responsive to our questions/requests, failed to show up to our appointment to pick up the boat and failed to follow up our request for MC #'s for the boat. We then brought the boat in for the 20 hour service checkup and oil change. The boat and trailer had a number of issues that were covered under warranty (broken stereo, tail light on trailer was out, carpet snap in floor of boat was ripped out at time of initial pickup, etc). The service department promised the boat would be ready in 1 week. Upon pickup after service a number of items were not corrected and were not even addressed in the service records. The service rep told us he was not sure what was done to the boat and would follow up for us and call us back... Which he never did. Upon contacting them again they said they still were not sure what was done to correct the items but they had ordered another stereo and we would have to pick it up and install it in our boat ourselves and then make a special trip to drop the old stereo back off at their office (the entire time acting as though they were doing us a favor because they were trusting us as we might steal the broken stereo). While doing the oil change they spilled oil all over the engine compartment. We still have not received answers on the other warranty items. You would think that a customer who purchased new boat would receive at least marginal service. I would not recommend using Hall's for any of your boating needs... Run (don't walk) from Hall's Sport Center. Sincerely, A very unhappy (one-time) customer"
