"I give this manager a 0 on customer service. She was rude and very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I was returning Amazon product and thought I was just supposed bring it there (which is how the only returns I have ever done with Amazon have been) they said I had buy a box. I tried find my return email to see what said but couldn’t so I call with my husband to try see if he remembered how the Amazon return was. the manager started talking loudly to me about what I was asking my husband when I was talking to him in a corner of the store. She started rudely telling me not to talk about her store and they were right and I was wrong. The handling of this was so unprofessional. I can’t believe it. I’m a RN from hospital and we never talk to people like that even when they are wrong. We try to be helpful not rude Not going there again!"
