"I had an awful experience at Discount Tire today. I made an appointment for a tire rotation. On my way into the location, I noticed on my dash that my tires were over inflated. Upon checking into my appointment, I explained this to Blake, the salesperson. He said he would be sure to mention to the shop. The store had 1 other customer who was finishing up. So they weren't busy at all. They had my tires rotated within 20 minutes. As I was driving away, I noticed that all my tires still registered as being over inflated. After running an errand, I returned to the location. A different guy, checked my tire pressure and all 4 tires were over inflated as noted by my dash. This was the only guy to seem to care and do what was right. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. I called and spoke to the acting store manager, Josh. Who didn't get it!!! Blake, Josh and Drew are NOT quality employees. I used to thank this location was great at what they do. Not when these guys are working."
"I have been coming to discount tire for decades, and I will finally stop now. They do not value your time and make you wait 2 hours for an appointment, then blame it on corporate because they over scheduled them. They are also more interested in selling you windshield wipers than tires? I guess once the founding owner passes, so does all of his company values. Zollman's Best Tire just took away a loyal customer of yours."
"I had an appointment scheduled, but I was told it would be 2 hours for them to swap my tires because they had 10 customers ahead of me. I understand it is busy this time of year, but they shouldn't overbooked so much that I have to wait 90 minutes for them to even start working on my car. I would recommend going somewhere else."
"Had a broken rim that wouldn't hold air on the day of my daughter's tonsil surgery. I found a used one, and they got me right in with little to no waiting and got me back up and running in no time. Balanced and rotated the tired for me too. Great service!"
"We came in with a huge ask and David D. came through! We ordered a set of tires on national backorder, they had 2 and went above and beyond for the full set! Calling around EVERYWHERE until they found them! We are beyond grateful for the hard work and keeping us updated"
