"My family recently purchased a home that has an inground pool. We knew NOTHING about prepping it for summer or maintaining it. We chose Lankheet as our pool supply servicer because of the 5 star review. However, we were not very satisfied with our experience. We went into the store and spoke at length with an employee. We explained that we had no knowledge of what to do. The gentleman walked us through the processes we needed to follow. We did everything exactly the way we were instructed to only to discover that we hadn't been told about step 2 of the process so it hadn't been completed. When I called to share my dissatisfaction I was met with denial and being accused of misunderstanding the information. I was upset because we then had to use triple the amount of chemicals that we initially used and go buy more chemicals. It was like throwing our money away. When I pointed this out to the employee on the phone I was told that it's a learning curve and that we may have misunderstood the initial instructions. I explained that's why we consulted with the "professionals" before getting started. He completely blew me off. There was other misinformation given to us also. We won't be using Lankheet Pool & Spa again."
