"Worked here for two years. The owners are wonderful, the dispatchers are awesome, and the fellow drivers are always willing to help you if needed. Everybody is treated like family that you actually like. They are good at balancing your work/home times and will work with you if you need random days off or if you want to stay out for extended periods. I usually had my next load assignment before delivering the current load unless I was going to be taking a 10 or 34 immediately afterwards. The pay is competitive as are the benefits and they also give nice bonuses. The equipment is mostly new but even the older stuff is well maintained. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this company. The only reason I left was because I was offered a local position at home. If I were to go back to driving otr I Rapid River Logistics would be my choice."

"Way better than (Niagara Logistics) who will not hire you until you sign a form to pay insurance deductible of $2500 if you do any damage. Nice people in the office. The cops are miles were a bit low, which made my pay low. And regional freight only no west coast made me unhappy. Also the ELD devices seemed to stop working quite often when I worked here."

"Very rude and inconsiderate driver today I caught her name at check in it was Anna... She needs to be more considerate to other drivers wasn't my fault she was having an awful experience at Gunville warehouse right outside of Norway Mi... Anna if you find this learn to be nicer to people you could have moved out of the way and used your words a little nicer. You were very RUDE today. That's what's wrong with driver's now a days!!"
