UPS Customer Center 2640 Industrial Parkway South, Marinette, WI 54143

"I did not get here but I was walking in the freezing cold even with heated gloves my hands were freezing carrying my post that I wanted to send from the customer center. I walked about a mile then had to turn around because I had to go back to the hospital. If that is the customer center then I would have been very very upset because I needed to talk to people and get a label and get some tape to make it all great. So if customer center is that little box then I think they should change the terms they use for the post and call it UPS little box and everything better be ready and no questions need to be asked because it's just a metal box that says UPS. If it's not then I'm mistaken"

"Lately the drivers have been dropping packages at wrong houses, now today they did with mine with no luck getting it back. Which had all my Christmas gifts. To call or get a hold of anyone to see who had this route, well that's unheard of since you cant talk with anyone! So no gifts, out that money!"

"Every time UPS is the one delivering my packages they never get it done. I always have to pick it up. Do ur job deliver the product and that’s it. If I see another sorry for the inconvenience imma lose it."

"This is for the customer service number, NOT the actual site or the employees there. Worst service ever!!! I have to be home to sign, I got 2 update on 2/21 it would be here, no package. Then the next day 2/22, I get 2 updates saying it will be here, no package. Now on 2/23 no info, so I call and sit on hold for 17 min and they say by 7pm, no package . 3 days sitting home to sign for a package that doesn’t show!!! Snail mail has been faster and more reliable!"

"If you have a question on where to put delivery (in mail box or on porch for all to see) there is no LOCAL phone number, just a 800 number which is a pain in the backside for a simple question. Then you have to pay to get a answer...I don't give out banking inform. for simple answers. FEDEX will be my choice of delivery from now on!!!"
