"I had a pick up appointment to get my mail at 12.30 and they didn't show up.... called them at 12:45 and they said they were running late.. I wouldn't mind working if I didn't have to go to work!!! Long story short 1pm comes and still no show. I'm absolutely disgusted at how they conduct their business! Absolutely won't recommend"

"my licence I currently suspended and I live a ways out of town so I use cab service quite often. The rates are the same as rapid cab but I wait so long for my ride. It's absolutely rediculous to wait 45 min every time I call they need to get organized and schedule more drivers."

"A couple things are good. The drivers are always polite and understanding and the price is awesome. What continues to annoy me are the people who put the appointments in the system. I continue to have the same appointment times every week. It’s always the same days and still my name continues to get lost and sometimes they never even show up.
