"We called ahead of time for an appointment, and they took thorough notes for our vehicle, making reception quick and painless process. Their team offers thorough explanations, giving customers the confidence that their vehicle is handled by professionals. They even offered to show me work that was being done first hand so that I could make not only an informed, but the best possible decision. They don't push unnecessary work onto customers which, is a first in my experience, these guys are genuine with their customers and I will not be going anywhere else for auto work. They have good prices. I witnessed them handled some more impatient folks with the utmost kindness and understanding. Having been in customer service, I speculated they were a bit understaffed from how quickly they handled tasks, but they certainly don't let this reflect in their personalities or dealings with customers. Mr. Waithe was the only name I can recall, but I wanted to say that he and everyone else I spoke to were excellent! I would rate them 10/10."

"Nice establishment, equipped with a vending machine, big comfy chairs, and super cold ac. Friendly staff & great tire selection. This will be my second set from this Belle Tire location. My only complaint was that my car sat parked in the lot waiting for an alignment check, but while I was outside with my daughter we observed both alignment bays empty for quite some time. So while it’s a small complaint, overall timeliness seemed to be slightly lacking. With that said, I would recommend recommend this business."
