"This is my first time getting service here, and the first time at a TA/Petro shop where i felt like I was a bother. The heavy girl with neck tattoos at the counter practically did not acknowledge me for about 10 minutes. When she did, the response was like I was getting on her nerves just by showing up. She spoke to me with a condescending tone, as if I was beneath her. The tech who actually performed the service was pretty good and did the job in a timely fashion, hence the 3 stars. Who every service clerk is, she needs some serious customer service training. Although I got the feeling, she wouldn't listen anyway."

"Sunday, December 17, 2023, 14:30. The overweight female working the shop counter refused to check inventory on the extremely common turn signal bulb I need. She insisted that the fact there are none hanging on the rack means there cannot possibly be any more in the back. Sad part is, she could have just checked the inventory in a tiny fraction of the time it took her to repeatedly refuse with her snotty attitude. I think she was just mad at me for interrupting her racket of getting paid to sit at the counter and play videogames on her phone. No wonder the parking lot is empty!"
