"These people keep removing the reviews we leave. We had a wedding this past weekend and this company was called upon last minute to fill in for the company we had originally booked. They acted like they were doing us a favor and sent out a janky Lincoln stretch limo. This limo looked like it was picked up from the junk yard that day. They came to the church with low air pressure in both back tires. It was to the point where we had gotten out of the limo because we did not feel it was safe to ride in. We originally booked a 18 passenger party bus but they only had a 14 person limo to send. We divided the group up and only 9 of us rode the limo because we didn't want to have a issue with the tires. This whole debacle put us 30 minutes behind for our pictures with our wedding party. While we were taking pictures the limo driver tried to have my aunt pay him in cash. When I already paid for this limo that morning with my credit card. Which by the way I am showing 3 charges, 2 of them pending and 1 posted. When my aunt refused to pay them AGAIN he just left us stranded at our pictures location. My whole family had to drive out 3 vans to come and pick the whole wedding party up. Now they are trying to say they did nothing wrong. I have credit card statements and 22 witnesses including our photographer, videographer, aunts, uncles, and entire wedding party. This company is a scam and anyone celebrating a special day should not go through what me and my now husband had to go through on our big day. Update: I have a charge on my card now that shows AA Uptran Transportation Southgate. I spent 3 phone calls the day of the wedding to pay this bill, so false I did pay you and the transaction posted. I've disputed the charge since you left us stranded in Birmingham. Also you stated on the phone it was a 14 passenger limo, we could barely fit 10 people. If you are going to try to say karma will get me then look back at yourself cause you did this to someone on their special day. You deserve so much worse than a bad review."
