"Best place to sit and watch the boats go by! Don’t miss this stop while in town. There are restrooms but they are not the greatest. Limited parking during busy hours. Marine traffic app will help you figure out when boats might be going by."

"Small park lots there fishing and watching the boats come through I am assuming. Didn’t see any while I was there. Have two small outhouses/primitive bathrooms. But have locks and hand sanitizer! Lock on the one was hard to lock but I managed just had to pull hard."

"Nice park with a playground for the kiddos. On St. Mary's River with a view of Canada and Sugar Island. There's areas to wade you feet in the water."

"Great park to sit and watch the ships go by, enjoy the birds (ducks pretty much all the time - others are more seasonal), not far enough to escape the sounds of the city unless you have noise cancellng headphones. Lots of benches to just sit and chill. Places to fish along the bank, as well as a little fishing pier. During the winter months the snow is not cleaned up on the road or benches; you are on your own. People still crive into the park so it is accessible by vehicle or you can walk in (it's not that big). Bring something to sit on if the benches might be wet or snow covered. Parking in the park is available, or you can park in the lot just outside the park and walking. Dogs are welcome, but should be leashed if there are oter folks in the park. During the really cold months, and bad weather your pup can run free as the park tends to be relatively empty. Poop bags for your do are available at the entrance / exit.
