"I called ahead of time and asked if he had 9mm Critical Defense. He said he had a few boxes. Drove 30 minutes to get there, walked in and asked, and he told me he had one box left. He walked over to the counter and handed me a box of Browning 9mm 147gr hollow points. He then said that he hasn't seen Critical Defense in weeks. So, he lied to me. First time visiting, and wasn't very impressed."

"Walked in with the sole purpose of supporting this local business and to talk with someone who would probably share my interest in reloading. He was memorably rude. When I stood up for myself and started for the door (as his rudeness was climaxing) he told me he'd been in business for 30 years and didnt care if I never came back, seems like that wont last much longer with how he treats customers. If I were you I wouldn't subject myself to that unpleasantness. I've heard he really knows his stuff and I bet he does, but wow, completely unnecessary to treat anyone like that, especially when they come in with a clear objective and money in hand."

"My wife and I visited Cliff's Rifle Shop for the 1st time today. We are in the area for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and decided to check out Cliff's Rifle Shop when we spotted the place. We got there about 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night and Cliff helped us. He was very nice and even though we showed up at the last minute he took the time to make sure I had all the right information for my project. The prices were very reasonable, especially in the current pandemic."

"Went to Cliff's today for a rifle transfer . It was a very pleasant experience. He is an extremely knowledgeable person on firearms , fishing , and to my surprise, motorcycle racing ! we talked for almost an hour . Plus he has .22 ammo in stock , which is difficult to find up here !"
