"Poor customer service. The store only sells basically snack foods and alcohol. The pumps are very slow and most of the time there’s no paper for a receipt. When asked why it takes so long to pump gas cashier just shrugs. Unfriendly employees! Many people give up trying to gas up there and go to the Shell station nearby. Also, every week several pumps are not operational, making it difficult to gas up.I used to gas up there 2 to 3 times a week, no more. Can buy same snack foods at nearby Shell station or nearby local market for a lot less."

"I purchased $30 worth of gasoline. Went inside the store. Waited in line because the sign on the restroom door said you needed to obtain a key from the front counter. The clerk told me they didn’t have a public restroom at this time. I stated that I had used the restroom in the past. She repeated no public restroom. I believe they didn’t want to clean the restroom so used this excuse. I have used the restroom in that station during this pandemic. I will ask next time I stop to purchase gasoline if they are allowing customers to use their facilities. If not I’ll purchase gas at a station that will. Remember, I’m profit, the clerk is overhead."
