"WARNING! WARNING! DON NOT BUY A NEW CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought a Chevy Bolt from them with a five year bumper to bumper warranty and they refuse to honor it. They tell me that since they changed from Olson to Patriot they are not EV compliant, even though they SELL Silverados! It is the same store, same shop same staff. They even replaced the battery on my Bolt when I bought it, so I know they are equipped to work on it. Here is the kicker. I need the WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP FIXED!! This has nothing to do with being and EV. It's just the windshield washer. To make matters worse, the service guy I spoke to, in person, inadvertently implied to me the could WORK on the car, they just wouldn't honor the warranty. Now, to his credit, when I called back a couple of hours later and offered to PAY HIM to fix the windshield washer, he said he would't feel comfortable taking my money since I had paid for a warranty. However, imagine my frustration at the idea that by purchasing an extended warranty at the urging of the salesman, that that act would allow them to not fix my car AT ALL - at the dealership where I bought the car! Patriot Chevrolet is manifestly dishonest. These people are friendly rip off artists. They will smile at you and lie to your face. BUYER BEWARE"

"Both of our vehicles had service notices come on during the frigid weather this week. The Chevy service department made appointments for both the following day at the same time. One vehicle was left at Patriot to be repaired by the end of the week. The second vehicle could be driven without concern until the parts arrived. The service staff explained clearly what the status of each vehicle was and made the logistics for the work needing to be completed very easy for us. I appreciate their prompt attention to getting both of our vehicles safely back on the road. I am happy we chose Patriot Motors!"

DJ did a great job getting a competitive value for my trade put together and we got the deal done with an agreement to purchase in place within an hour of me walking in the door. "They ran a promotion with a scratch off to win a few different prizes. The number we scratched off matched the prize for $750 cash so I drove the hour up to the dealership to claim my prize only for them to tell me that they placed in very small writing a number in the bottom corner and it has to match the number on their board at the dealership and that we were not winners. They informed me that at least 150 people had come in on that DAY to the dealership to claim prizes they didn't win. We also called to confirm that we were winners and they confirmed and told us to come in to claim the prize."
