"Quick trip to DC. I thought I wouldn’t be able to workout because it snowed and I didn’t want to slip on ice while running. But then I discovered SBAC- Wow! It’s so easy to pay for a day pass online. Then, I entered…This may be the nicest workout facility I’ve ever been to. How do they keep the equipment so clean? They have such amazing equipment I haven’t seen at other places! They put snacks out for guests, what?! Such attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. 10 stars!!!"

"This is such a great gym! Not only is it extremely clean and well managed but the staff are very friendly and always there to help. My Personal Fitness Trainer Ian was very knowledgeable and taught me how to use all the machines the proper way. He put together a fitness plan for me to follow that help me target all areas I wanted to work on. I highly recommend this gym!"

The benefits of having a membership at the Club is incredible, I mean where else does your year Athletic Club membership include free personal training sessions?
