They are a Mexican Market and have a wonderful assortment of vegetables, fruit, cheeses, meats and hard to Mexican ingredients. fresh meat and fish counter, and fresh house made food, salsa, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole... just to name a few things. Need a recipe for how to make that skirt steak, ask, they just might have one. Every visit is an experience!!!"

"My first time here but my friend swears by here for Mexican and S.American meats and ingredients. I saw ingredients that I won't elsewhere, produce, meats, chili's, spices, beans, pork rinds. I got Adobe chicken bulk and by the pound Mexican sausages and shellfish and whole fish I don't usually see. They have a prepared food section with a line. And with their own lot and nice and fast staff I'm here for them. Plus my fam had half my chicken and wants more"

"Honey Bee is a Mexicantown tradition. If you live near it you already go there and if you live in other parts of the city or out in the suburbs you should make the trip. The price and quality of the fresh meat more than covers the cost of gas. The produce cost and is hit or miss and the dairy is expensive so get that elsewhere. But the fresh meat and imported Mexican chilies and seasoning alone are worth the trip. They also have imported snacks and munchies like Frito Lay and Doritos flavors imported from Mexico and brands that are new discoveries. If you love discovering something new, this place is for you."
