"Food was delicious, atmosphere is amazing, waitress Ms Donna B. ( my daughter) was professional, polite and super cute in uniform. She checked on us often and made our experience very special. I recommend this place for a vibrant upbeat good time for all ages. I love when they come to tables and entertain with singing and dancing. Going back Soon! Thank you again Ms. Donna B.❤️ You’re the best!"
"I was so excited to come here with my friends. We were celebrating a birthday and we heard about what the Sugar Factory did for people on their birthday. What I liked: the atmosphere. This place was the very definition of lit; the music, the decor, it was all so energetic. And the dancing was phenomenal. The routine for my friend was fantastic and she was so happy. The food was also amazing. They have a very diverse menu, but because it was my first time there, I stuck with something simple: the classic Sugar Factory burger. Simple but tasty. Their drinks were my favorite. I split three mimosas with a friend, and in true Sugar Factory fashion, they came with these complementary candy gummies. So good! Unfortunately, there were many factors about the experience that my party and I didn't like. For one, it took them 2 hours to seat us even though we had a reservation. The girl at the front clearly didn't know what she was doing, and she had a bit of an attitude. I understand it was a busy night, but that just isn't professional. When we finally got seated, it took them a while to take our orders, and when they did finally take our food orders, they forgot to take down 2 of our orders. By the time my friends finally got their food, most of us were already done eating. We had similar issues at the bar; 2 of my friends went to get some gummy bear shots at the bar and it took a while before they got them and their check. They had to remake the drinks, too, because they were funky. And even though I enjoyed the dancing, I think it was part of the reason the service was so bad; there were so many other birthdays happening that night besides my friend's. Our waitress said they were understaffed, but if that's the case, they should really be more organized about who serves and who dances. We went up front to pay, my friends who received their food late were thankfully compensated for their meal, but unfortunately they were charged for something they didn't order. Needless to say, they're never coming back. As for me, I'd be willing to give this place a second chance and come earlier for lunch. Hopefully it won't be as busy as it is in the evenings, and the service will be better."
"Underwhelming. My friend and I made reservations for lunch (which was absolutely not necessary, as only one other table was occupied). Atmosphere: We were placed in a corner booth that had what looked to be dried whipped cream stuck on the booth. The women's bathroom was dirty, which unless the one other person in the restaurant partied it up in the bathroom by herself, my guess is it was from the night prior. Soap dispenser laying on the counter, trash overflowing, paper towel all over counter. For how pricy the drinks are, we were expecting a bit more. Food : We ordered sandwiches (grilled cheese and ham and cheese) and each added a side of tomato soup. When we got the food, we had only a small sauce cup with soup (see pic). We told the waiter that we added the side soup and he told us he'd bring us more and brought more sauce cups full of soup. The sandwiches were diner or school lunch quality and it was $18. Overall: I gave it a 3 star because the server was very nice and the drinks were good, but again, not worth the cost. They also have mandatory service fees on any table and the restaurant takes a 3% cut of that. I would probably not go back."
