"The boat runs every 30minutes. We did the horse ride. It can be tiring but worth it. Go with face mask because of dust(untarred surface) so many places to visit. Go early to enjoy a long beautiful day."
"Loved visiting the Island with family, food & spirit were high on the flag pole, the kindness & no crime is such a treat. Recommended for all families to experience, many weddings are performed here, renting a bicycle or horse is recommended, taking a ride on the horse drawn carriages are fun."
"Very professional, fast service, very good pilots, 35 per person minimum of 2 people!! Soooo 70 total to fly for about 3 minutes total time, landing was smooth for how windy it was out.Bathroom's and watting room where very clean there. Over All pretty good.five stars all the way"
"Small and unique airport. Worth stopping to see if you are on the island and have a few extra minutes for the detour. There's also a road you can ride down at the end of the runway and watch the planes take off and land."
"Nice seasonal airport. Check NOTAMs. Winds may make final a bit unpredictable. Interesting approach. Terminal personnel very helpful with offering the history of the island and the airport. The airport is not open all year and shuts down in October until into the Spring. A carriage can pick up passengers to visit the town Walking to the town is a bit much but certainly not too difficult. A takeoff toward the west means a scenic look at the Mackinac bridge. No fuel on site."
