Wendy's 900 West Pike Street, Goshen, IN 46526

"I live literally about six minutes away and ordered food for delivery. The nugget sauce we asked for was not delivered and despite the restaurant being so close to my house and the delivery driver delivering on time, our food was ice cold, all of it and looked to be very old, like it had been sitting out the whole day. Fries were soggy , cold, mostly stuck together and tasteless. The crispy chicken patty on my sandwich was old, cold,and tough, obviously from sitting out, and once again tasteless. My sandwich was even missing a few things I even asked for. We all know what fast food looks like when it's not made fresh upon or close to the time of order, and has been sitting out all day and my order looked just like thar. There was no reason my food shouldn't of been made fresh when I ordered around 3pm and my order was " made" and delivered in under 20 minutes. It should of been hot upon delivery like it has been in the past. Absolutely no reason for it and just pure laziness."

"I ordered on the app while I was at work for the deals, I go to pick it up and they had my food ready as soon as I got to the window, it was cold and soggy like it’s been sitting for an hour. I’ve ordered from the app at that same store before and they have never made it at time of ordering, they make it when you pull up. It was disgusting, and the chicken sandwich I got literally had nothing on it (photo) for no reason? Done with Wendy’s. Sad day… also their nuggets have a funky fish taste. it’s a problem. I’d recommend avoiding this place"

"As positive as the service was I ordered a taco salad the lettuce was SUPER wilted and the tomato had mold on it... I'll stick to making my salad at home for now on"

"My Dave’s double looked horrible and seemed like they had just microwaved it. The fries tasted like old oil and were cold. Overall, my experience was horrible. I expected better from Wendy’s."

"This restaurant has the RUDEST employees around! They just hand your bag out and shut the window ....no " thank you " no "here's your food" nothing! They didn't include my wrap with my order and when I told them (without even leaving the drive thru window) the lady actually said to me "well I made it" ...they found the wrap in. Separate bag on the counter! The food here is never hot cheese never melted on the sandwich just a cold slice placed on a line warm sandwich! The restaurant it itself is decent but definitely not worth the rude staff and not fresh or hot food! Don't recommend"
