"We have been living with and enjoying our new kitchen for about 6 months now, and we love it! My wife found Neal and Lighthouse Cabinets after we were struggling to come up with a layout that utilized stock cabinets and got us the space we wanted. After getting Neal to the house, it was obvious to us that he was qualified for the job. We talked over the goals we were trying to accomplish and the design details we were looking for. Neal almost immediately started to give us suggestions to make some subtle changes (changes that we could handle on our own to save some money) that would give us some noticeable improvements in space for our kitchen. After meeting again to discuss some of the finer points of the design and talk about materials, we knew he was our best option for this work. He also has been in enough kitchens to come up with some innovative designs on his own. We have a corner that had some challenges, and the end product of a backlit wine rack and built-in microwave cubby utilized every square inch and screams “custom kitchen!” Neal was a great resource during the whole process – always willing to give some guidance or offer some other options when we hit the inevitable road blocks that come with a remodel project. He also made sure we were on the same page for the order of the work to complete the whole kitchen. His final install work is incredible, his eye for detail is second to none. Linda’s finish work on paints and stains is also incredible – these are the easiest cabinets I have ever cleaned, even with some recessed details in the doors. Overall, I don’t think we could be happier with the kitchen, we still glance at it in awe from time to time. You won’t be disappointed by going with Lighthouse Cabinets."
