"It was an easy and satisfying experience working with all the people at Kitchen Tune-up! They all did a wonderful job! I’d like to give a shout out to Jim Mustee! He’s what I called “a magic man” . He did an exceptional job changing out my 1930’s cabinetry, made me some cute little shelves for a problem area, did a beautiful job on the tiling, and I love the lighting he installed! I can’t say enough about everyone there. I am thrilled with my “new” kitchen! Thank you!"

"I was so excited to work with Kitchen Tune Up during the design process, but it’s been downhill since then. There have been mistakes made during every phase of the process. First, a broken cabinet door. Then the wrong flooring was ordered. That meant I had to wait 3 more weeks for that stage of the project. Once the floors were installed the shoe molding was damaged. Tessia, the owner (who is wonderful), said that it would be fixed. On to countertops….of course the faucet was “delayed.” Honestly I don’t think anyone remembered to order it even though it was paid for. (Now I have no plumbing in the kitchen, which is cool). So everything was supposed to be done today. Tiling is not done, cabinet door not replaced, shoe molding not touched. Again the design process was great but the actual work has been a nightmare. I do not feel valued at all as a customer. Here’s hoping this project actually gets finished!"

"Been waiting for years to finally remodel our kitchen. We did not have the budget to change the footprint but needed to at least update. After 3 estimates, Kitchen Tune Up was by far the most responsive and reasonable. The whole team was great. Jaydn was great help with with confirming and suggesting interior aesthetics, Tyler did a great job with project management and had great communication and follow up. Josh was the stand out with his attention to detail in the installation of the refacing and cabinet doors and drawers. Like any remodel project, expect delays and hiccups. We had a couple with the countertop, plumbing and tile grout but KTU has stood behind their work and made/is making it right. I would strongly recommend KTU and we're actually looking to them to help with a little bath remodel that we now need to do. Thanks to everyone at Kitchen Tune Up breathing new life into our dated kitchen!!"

"We met Nick & Tessa at the GR Home Improvement show. I had put doing a much needed kitchen update. I liked their approach as we had high quality cabinets that simply needed a “tune up”. They used high quality firms for the counters and back splash. They also hooked us up with a great painter. Bottom line, value, quality and commitment was what we got. Couldn’t be happier. Nick & Tessa stayed with the project from start to finish."

"We hired Kitchen Tune Up to re-vamp our basement entertainment space. I’ve been wanting a specific type of display case for football helmets that fit an unused wall in our basement. From the design, to the construction, to the crew, and the finishing touches/follow-up, Nick and Tessia (and crew) did an amazing job.
