"They advertise for three days free trail thing, but when we went in, they wanted to charge us $20 for the entrance (which sucks! They were using some persuasive techniques to make you become their membership without not respecting of customers’ autonomy). Overall, the gym inside is pretty nice but their service is awful (because we feel like they’re forcing us to pay them or they even require a good review on their website-which’s kinda like forcing people and not respecting their customers’ freedom)"

"I’m not unhappy with the machines. They seem clean enough and I’m always excited to come and have a wonderful workout. I spoke to the front desk today about greeting people as they check in and saying goodbye when you leave. The guys are usually good about hello & goodbye. My experience with most of the ladies at the front desk is sad. I’m an older customer and I feel like I don’t belong here. I pay my membership fee each month and enter the building with a positive attitude but I still feel slighted and ignored as I’m entering & leaving. I hope the manager is kind enough to explain this to the front desk employees. Better customer service will get you 5 star reviews."

"This gym has everything you need to do anything you want to workout, plus an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa, sauna, Basketball court, and racquetball court. I come to this city to visit my mom, and the guys there were so nice to give me 10 days free pass to train during my stay. Thank you so much. They also have group fitness classes with yoga classes with variable hours for convenience. The place is very clean, clients are so nice and polite there. And anytime you ask one of the employees they are so happy to help. Try the juice bar they offer amazing drinks."
