"Brought in my mower for the 3rd time. Was asked to give a $50 deposit; asked the service rep "What if my repairs are not $50?" he had NO ANSWER FOR ME; sounds pretty shady if you ask me...before it was just a loose cable; at this point I believe that I am being taken advantage of..."

"I contacted them about 1 rider and 1 push mower. I was very clear that the rider had been sitting for 2 years and had 2 flat tires. I was quoted $80 ea pickup and drop off for the rider ($160) and $25 ea ($50) for the push mower. They declined to pickup the rider as the 1 person sent could not move it (duh) and charged me a total of $80 for the push mower. Will not use again."

"I came here looking to get Stihl service for my trimmer. I have an open recall for the fuel cap and the lady at counter which wouldn't stop eating chips and cheese said i needed a letter for my recall, which Stihl said i did not as long as i take it to an authorized dealer but nope woupdnt help me. I also wanted to service my stop start switch on same trimmer. They turned me away said go investigate myself. I was trying to give them money but oh well. Thought I would get better service cause it's not a chain store but nope."

"Wasn’t all that excited with my visit. Man seemed frustrated because I didn’t have the model number from my actual piece of yard equipment. I showed him the same one I found online because the model has worn off mine a long time ago. He said that he needed my model number off of mine because there are different models. I gave him the part number that I needed and he looked it up and said he had one somewhere in the store but he wasn’t going to look for it now. He said he’d look for it when he had time and call me when he found it even though there were only two other people in the store at the time. I never heard from him. I ended up buying it at another store that were very helpful."
