"Liars, scammers , shady business - stay away. My daughter was never told her insurance was inactive and was given a bill after service rendered. The office staff informed me there is no office manager, and they all work together to figure things out. Susan Claimed she sent a text with amount -never happened. Said she called too - never happened . Only this that was sent was a Confirmation of appointment. This was done to another former patient of theirs. Never return . Office staff said the patients usually walk up and ask if anything is needed . Huh? Look at other reviews about this same issues"

"First time-last time visit. Cracked a tooth in half on Monday, March 27. Called to make an appointment. Had to wait one week to get in, which I understand. When I called I explained it was broken and I would need to have it extracted. I was in the doctor’s office for only a short period of time. I was told they could not help me because what I needed done would take too much time and there was another patient after me. I was given information to see an oral surgeon and sent on my way. Final result; zero help, still in great pain and can barely eat."

"There's good dentists and great dentists, but Dr. Ferri is in a category so much farther above. Warm and friendly with adults and kids alike, my kids wanted to be dentists when they were little. How good do you have to be that you inspire others to be like you? And this is in a profession known for causing pain?! I can't recommend this practice enough."
