They always have everything I need when I go, if there is a special order that I need I will place it online and either pick it up at the store of have it delivered at home. They also rent all sorts of mechanical equipment and the rates are very reasonable. I often use their rented tools for deck refinishing or other small to medium jobs around the yard."
"Terrible Customer Service in Tool Rental. I called the tool rental to ask if they had a certain item and was put on hold for a long time only to be hung up on. I called back and again was put on hold. Finally when the guy came back on the phone, he told me that he thought they had the item. I asked if he actually looked or if he was assuming that they had the item. He said he was really busy and didn't have time to look. I would rather he not answer the phone than waste my time."
