His front end was literally zip tied on to begin with!!! How many people has this dude hit?!?! Only damage done was to my car. I would give your company 0 stars just for it's drivers if I could."

"I was riding down West Jefferson Tuesday at approximately 4:40pm (a street with two lanes). There was a gas tanker and behind it a large red pickup truck in one lane. I was in the outer lane. Suddenly the large red pickup swerved towards my lane without signaling and came very close to hitting me. I had to almost go onto the sidewalk to avoid being hit. The driver of the pickup truck never even acknowledged me. He either tried to switch lanes without checking his mirror and seeing that I was there, or he was stupid enough to think he had enough room to safely switch lanes in front of me. Fortunately, I was alert and my car (and more importantly, my body) wasn’t damaged. I retrieved the license plate number of the red pickup (DA66235) and I got the name of the company which was written on the side door (Midland Tool Supply). I called the number and told the woman who answered the phone what happened. She listened as I gave her the license plate number, but this online complaint is being lodged just in case she decided not to address this situation with the reckless and irresponsible person who was driving that vehicle that day (he had someone on the passenger side, too). A company’s employees are a direct reflection on that company. He could have seriously injured someone! Obviously, I’m VERY upset!!"

"I don't even know where to start. David, David, David Batu!!! Seriously Mr. Boychuk, David Batu is a rare find these days and deserves the highest praise. After calling around for nearly 2 hours this morning looking for a Can Wrench made by Klein Tools, and making my very last phone call; I heard a friendly voice on the other end of the line offer to check around a few local resources for me because your facility did not have the tool in stock. Ten minutes later David called me back to let me know that he had found the tool in Plymouth, MI and he kindly provided me with the address for a company where I could pick up the tool I had so tirelessly been searching for. I thanked David profusely and explained to him a very personal reason why I was so compelled to find this tool for my son today. In one phone call he had become my hero. I drove from Royal Oak to Plymouth to pick up the can wrench. Both people I encountered here, knew exactly who I was and had been expecting me. They handed me the tool and invoice and sent me on my way. It was effortless. I simply cannot tell you what this one extremely random act of kindness in one simple phone call meant to me and my family. What I can tell you is that whenever my son, his co-worker's at the cable company he works for, my husband or anyone else for that matter ever needs a tool; I will be giving the highest of recommendations to Midland Tool & Supply and David Batu! Today reminded me that there truly are good good people in this world and grateful does not seem to adequate enough to describe how I am feeling. If I could give more than 5 stars they would be yours!!!!"
