"Placed a reservation request for a business in the Detroit area, delivery was an hour and a half behind schedule so called to cancel. Later when I contacted them to see why we were charged $300 without notice, was accused of being "shady", committing fraud (for using a company card) and the receptionist hung up on me after berating me and interrupting me for several minutes. Honestly I'm disgusted and this business should be embarrassed. EDIT: I see they harass and berate people for leaving negative reviews, now wondering if I should contact and report to the BBB for incompetence. UPDATE: Receptionist, Jessica (?) called me and requested I take down my review, when I made it clear to her that was unethical she proceeded to interrupt me further and called me "Karen" when i asked to speak with the owner. Truly embarrassing business behavior."

"The receptionist hung up on us after we called to ask about a cancelation fee that was not made clear. She was extremely rude. They quoted us they would be an hour and a half late with our golf cart deliveries for a major event at our facility."

I have always had any questions answered so I know how to utilize what I'm renting and the equipment has always performed the way it is supposed to. I will be back for future projects. This roller really helped smooth out the lawn, I would not take it on a septic tank or field though."
