"Awesome cinema theater in GR, decorations and the lighting were cool , great customer service , food is served at your seat in the theater which makes it super convenient, soda , slush counters are so many for customers convenience , toilets are clean. Best part - the recliner seats are heated , which is not there at AMC… haha… We tried the fries and it was awesome with the tajjin kind of seasoning…"

"Came for NCAA National Football Championship game. Go Blue! MICHIGAN won so it made seeing the game on a big cinema screen so exciting. Absolutely loved it. Wish I could see the Lions Playoff game here too."

"Normally I get amazing service but when I went to get my tickets from the concierge area I was met with the rudest employee who seemed irritated to help me, I later found out he was actually the GM named Mike. I always preferred this theater because due to health reasons I can't have salt and employees have always been accommodating with making me no salt added popcorn (I understand I have to wait and never mind doing so and I ALWAYS tip) but the employees on 12/22/23 didn't seem to care (an employee tried to say they never add salt) before asking Jack if they can do it and he said they couldn't because of the time (machine was still on). I am a regular to this theater because they've always had amazing customer service and was very accommodating but after this I dont know if I'm comfortable coming back when the GM and managers are the ones that don't care about customer service. "It was an overall wonderful experience! We drove over from Mount Pleasant to see Oppenheimer on 70mm IMAX and the theater employees were wonderful, parking was great and the movie was incredible. The only thing I hand an issue with was the bathrooms. The men’s bathroom was a mess and even one of the wall tiles in a stall was completely busted in. It was probably due to it being end of the day on a Friday night and I’m sure it’s not normally like that. 10/10 for me!"
